DIVIDEND The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting that a dividend of EUR 1.50 per share be paid for the financial year 2024. The Board of Directors proposes that the dividend be paid in two instalments. The first dividend instalment of EUR 0.75 per share is proposed to be paid to shareholders who are registered in the Company’s shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the record date for the first dividend instalment 31 March 2025. The Board proposes that the payment date for the first dividend instalment be 8 April 2025. Annual General Meeting The Annual General Meeting of UPM-Kymmene Corporation will be held on Thursday, 27 March 2025, at 14:00 EET at Finlandia Hall, Mannerheimintie 13 e, Helsinki, Finland. The second dividend instalment of EUR 0.75 per share is proposed to be paid to shareholders registered in the Company's shareholder register main tained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the record date for the second dividend instalment on 31 October 2025.
