THE COMPANY IS IN A STAGE OF OPERATIONAL GROWTH and, in this context, the team has been expanding with new additions. As part of the induction process for new members, we implement a programme that we call the “Forestry Academy”. This is

a moment of learning about the company and delving into our processes, as well as learning about the entire forestry production chain so that new talents can also create strong links with other members of the team. These members participate as instructors in these instances,

thus introducing new additions faster to the new challenges they will have to face. In 2021 we hosted more than 1,700 hours of training under this programme that wrapped up in 2022 with two additional modules. In the academy, leaders

from all areas introduced their teams, objectives, monitoring indicators, main activities and future challenges. We plan to maintain this programme throughout 2022 to support the new members that we’re planning to incorporate in the next year.
