Dividend The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting that a dividend of €1.50 per share be paid for the financial year 2025. The Board of Directors proposes that the dividend be paid in two installments. The first dividend installment of €0.75 per share is proposed to be paid to share holders who are registered in the company’s shareholder register, main tained by Euroclear Finland Oy, on the record date for the first dividend installment, April 13, 2026. The Board proposes that the payment date for the first dividend installment be April 21, 2026. Annual General Meeting The Annual General Meeting of UPM-Kymmene Corporation will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 14:00 EEST at the Congress Wing of Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, Rautatieläisenkatu 3, Helsinki, Finland.
